Mike Roznowski is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fractal Capital Advisors. Before founding Fractal Capital Advisors in 2015, Mike was a Managing Director with Concord Financial Advisors, a Chicago based debt advisory firm specializing in placements of senior, subordinated and mezzanine financing for lower middle market businesses.
His experience ranges from working with companies that are in severe restructuring / turnarounds to healthy growing companies that need expansion or acquisition capital. In his 22 year career, he has placed over $750 million of credit facilities for companies all over the U.S. in a variety of industries.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course. He is the proud Father of two and he and his wife are enjoying the move to Kansas City after 14 great years in Chicago.
